bdm e5a177620f Adopt cadprox as the Caddyfile owner ...

Formatting only: adds the cadprox header and switches indentation to tabs,
which is Caddy's canonical format. Verified by adapting the config before
and after with the Caddy binary and comparing the resulting JSON, which is
byte-identical, so no proxy behaviour changed.
