- Rename novelwriter.iconset to umbraedit.iconset with all icon sizes
- Rename setup/icons/novelwriter.* to umbraedit.*
- Rename setup/data/hicolor/ novelwriter icons to umbraedit
- Rename setup/data/novelwriter.* to umbraedit.*
- Rename docs/source/_static/novelwriter-* to umbraedit-*
- Rename setup/flatpak/io.novelwriter.novelwriter.yml to io.umbraedit.umbraedit.yml
- Rename setup/data/novelwriter.desktop to umbraedit.desktop
- Update setup/macos/build.sh to reference umbraedit.iconset
- Rebuild macOS DMG with correct UmbraEdit icon
