- Update version to 1.0.0, date to 2026-11-05, hexversion to 0x01000000
- Create new Umbra-branded splash screen (book + audio wave motif)
- Create new Umbra-branded app icon (umbraedit.png)
- Update guimain.py to load umbraedit.png icon with svg fallback
- Update CHANGELOG.md with UmbraEdit 1.0.0 release notes
- All code compiles, no remaining novelWriter references in Python
